MCLEAN, VA. \u2013 Attendees at this fall\u2019s Process Expo trade show, held Nov. 2-5 at Chicago\u2019s McCormick Place, will have the chance to see a meatball production line in action. This year\u2019s production line demonstration will highlight equipment and technology from a number of Process Expo exhibitors. Process Expo has featured a production line demonstration at its trade show since 2017.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThis is the fourth production line that FPSA\u2019s meat suppliers have organized for PROCESS EXPO,\u201d said Bob Campbell, chairman of the Meat Industry Suppliers Alliance (MISA) and president and general manager at Marlen Inc. \u201cSince being launched at the 2017 edition of the show, the Production Lines have been by far the trade show\u2019s biggest draw aside from the exhibits as it provides our audience a chance to see how each component works in concert with the other pieces of the line for maximum efficiency and productivity. Furthermore, this is not just a passive demonstration. Each participating company has expert staff on hand to discuss their equipment and how it might fit into the attendee\u2019s production or packaging plans.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
