Our design and construction guidelines for food safety are tailored after the American Meat Institute (AMI) Facility Design Task Force’s 11 principles for the design, construction and renovation of food processing facilities to reduce food safety hazards.
Following these principles has allowed one of our recent clients to achieve 990 out of a possible 1,000 points from a “Cook & Thurber” audit. The auditor making this evaluation stated that “This is truly a world class facility and should be considered as a flagship plant in the meat processing industry."
